When to book a Jasper cabin stay
-
Mar–May
Spring
Your best chance of flowing waterfalls and a floatable upper Buffalo (both depend on rain), plus dogwoods in bloom. It is prime season for hiking and riding.
-
Jun–Aug
Summer
Long days on the ponds, early-morning rides and stargazing on the lawn. Bring bug spray for ticks and chiggers.
-
Sep–Nov
Fall
Elk bugle in Boxley Valley, the ridges turn red and gold, and the fire pit gets a lot of use. Book early.
-
Dec–Feb
Winter
The stone fireplace, long leaf-off views and quiet trails. Wet spells bring the waterfalls back.
